Request for Proposals – Project Management & Project Consulting Services
The City is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to manage various City projects as the need is identified. Projects currently identified include Management of an Implementation of a Hansen Utility Billing System, Management of GIS integration projects, and consulting services for a Water Expansion project. Future projects may include further Hansen module implementations, enhancement or upgrades of existing Hansen modules, business process enhancements and consulting relating to for infrastructure projects. The deadline for submittal of proposals is Monday, September 8th by 4:00. Proposals received after 4:00 will not be accepted. All clarifications or questions regarding this proposal must be submitted to Craig Sheldon via email at sheldonc@ci.sherwood.or.us no later than end of day September 3, 2008.

Request for Proposals - Adams Avenue North - Engineering & Planning Services
The City of Sherwood received 12 proposals by the June 17th deadline. The City established a committee to review and rank each proposal and then conducted interviews on July 17th, 2008 with the top 5 firms. After the interviews, two firms were closely ranked and follow up interviews were conducted with those two firms in order to determine a primary and secondary consultant. A primary consultant has been selected and negotiations will proceed with that firm. If negotiations fail with that firm, the secondary firm will be selected. A copy of the Notice of Consultant Selection letter has been posted below in PDF format. Now that the notice has been posted, proposers can review each proposal, preliminary rankings, and final interview results at City Hall, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon. Proposal materials will be readily available for check-out for 30 days after the Notice of Consultant Selection has been posted. After August 29th, 2008 a formal written request for information must be submitted through the City Recorder to view the documents. Proposal debriefing meetings will not be conducted.
