Pine Street – Construction Update – October 17 th, 2008
Franchise utility providers have finished their work on private property and the streetlights have been energized. Kerr Contractors, Inc. has been on-site finishing up contract work including some asphalt repair and permanent seeding.
At this point the project is substantially complete, although the contractor will continue working on punchlist items over the next few weeks. Most of the work that remains is establishment & monitoring of seeded areas, right of way restoration, and project cleanup. The City and contractor continue to work with residents to make sure their property is re-established to an acceptable condition.
No parking is allowed on Pine Street from Willamette Street to approximately 400 feet south of Division Street. No parking signs have been installed for clarification and enforcement purposes. Vehicles are not allowed to park in the roadway or on the sidewalks at any time.
